Preparation of hot and cold cuisine dishes for patients and staff. 150 - 200 portions of full-day meals for patients, 300 lunch portions for staff. Serving lunches for staff in the dining area. Serving lunches using a tray system for patients. Compliance with hygiene regulations and performance of hygiene and sanitation activities in food operations.
