We are currently looking for: Requirements Analyst / Business Analyst Comfortable translating needs into requirements, and working closely with both developers and business stakeholders At least 3 years of experience as a requirements analyst or business analyst At least 2 years in banking and/or insurance Agile Leader / Project Manager At least 3 years of experience in an agile leadership role (e.g., product owner, epic owner, RTE, or scrum master) or as a project manager Communicative with strong leadership qualities At least 2 years in banking and/or insurance Solution Architect At least 4 years of experience in solution architecture Broad technical knowledge and experience taking end-to-end responsibility At least 2 years in banking and/or insurance Enterprise Architect At least 3 years of experience in an enterprise architect role Experienced in driving change and developing strategic architectural solutions At least 2 years in banking and/or insurance Why our consultants thrive: Skill development, certifications, and support for your consulting journey A culture where we support each other, share knowledge, and enjoy both laughter and growth A strong commitment to health and balance through Team B3 We know that people make the difference – both in our client assignments and in our internal collaboration.
