We are seeking a requirements analyst for an exciting government assignment Assignment Description The government agency's account and safe deposit box system (the Mechanism) provides law enforcement agencies with quick access to information about accounts, safe deposit boxes, and their account holders at banks and other financial institutions. The Mechanism is facing a comprehensive development to adapt to the EU's new regulations for combating money laundering and financing of terrorism. Today's decentralized search system will be replaced with a central register at the agency, where information is stored and made available to authorized agencies. The new system will include more data types and enable information exchange with corresponding registers in other EU countries. This change will result in a modernized and future-proof platform that strengthens agencies' capabilities to combat financial crime. The requirements analyst leads, coordinates, and is responsible for developing system requirements. This applies to both functional and non-functional requirements. Responsibilities Lead and drive the requirements work. Plan and conduct workshops and requirements meetings, and ensure that requirements are delivered according to schedule. Identify and report risks and issues. Translate business needs and legal requirements into clear, implementable, and testable requirements. Structure, prioritize, and refine requirements together with product owners, business developers, and development teams. Serve as a link between the business, IT, and the Legal Department. Mandatory Requirements At least 4 years of current experience as a requirements analyst within system development handling large amounts of protected personal and company data. At least 3 years of documented experience leading requirements work within a larger government agency or regulated organization. Documented knowledge of requirements analysis methodology for a system's technical capabilities. Very strong ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Experience specifying requirements for integration solutions and information exchange with external parties. Meritorious Leading requirements work. Experience with data collection solutions.
