About the position As a Requirements and Business Analyst with us, you work in a cross-functional agile team where you continuously deliver value together with system developers, UX designers, researchers, and other business specialists. Your responsibility includes investigating and documenting the organization's requirements in a clear structure, both at a high level and in detail. The requirements are then transformed into solution proposals and development tasks together with the other roles in the team. You also provide support with prioritization and analysis work related to the area. You work closely with your colleagues and together you are responsible for the quality of the work in the team. You serve as the link between users' needs and technical possibilities, which means you have many different contact points in your work. Together, you drive development to create our future digital health data solutions, and you contribute to creating value for Sweden's citizens. As a Requirements and Business Analyst, you are responsible for analyzing and documenting requirements. A significant part of the assignment consists of classifying requirements within functionality, compliance, and interoperability, as well as following the authority's model and structure for this. About you We are looking for someone who is collaborative and has an easy time building relationships throughout the organization. It is self-evident for you to take responsibility for your own work, and you work both in a structured and thorough manner. Furthermore, you have a flexible approach to your professional role and you see the bigger picture in both large and small matters. We are looking for someone who has: relevant academic education or equivalent work experience in IT development at least 5 years of documented experience with requirements analysis and business analysis in complex organizations experience leading requirements work in major change and digitalization initiatives experience working according to an agile framework, e.g., SAFe very good skills in expressing yourself orally and in writing in Swedish and English. It is a merit for the position if you have: experience from relevant assignments in a government agency experience from relevant assignments in the health, care and social services sector experience from international EU collaboration experience with requirements management and requirements specification related to technical interoperability between systems experience with regulatory requirements experience working with international standards and code systems in healthcare and social services, such as HL7 FHIR.
