We are seeking hourly substitutes for home care, special housing, LSS, and social psychiatry throughout Lysekil Municipality.

🧡 What does the job involve?
As a short-term substitute, you are an important part of the network surrounding the users. Work tasks vary depending on the service, but may include:
Providing care, service, and support based on users' individual needs, documenting in the Combine system, and performing delegated health and medical care tasks assigned by a nurse.
You will always receive an introduction at the workplace together with regular staff so you feel confident in your role.

🎓 Who are we looking for?
You are welcome to apply whether you have previous experience or are curious about trying work in care.
You must be at least 18 years old, be able to express yourself well in Swedish both verbally and in writing (at least Swedish A or equivalent), and have good computer skills and be able to handle mobile phones and digital systems
📱 Practical information about employment
You need to have the Freja app for login and signing in our systems. You need to show an extract from the criminal record digitally or in an unopened envelope (work in homes with elderly and people with disabilities). Order in good time. Selection and interviews are ongoing. The first step is a language test. Digital reference checks are conducted after the interview.
