JOB DUTIES: " Assigning tasks to cleaning crews, monitoring work performance and attendance. " Block cleaning, sidewalk weeding, snow removal, and fall leaf raking. " Equipment logbook maintenance, preparation of payroll and invoicing documentation. " Equipment maintenance, service coordination, and assistance with organizing city events. " Recruitment and onboarding of new team members (including occupational safety and health training). REQUIREMENTS: " You are a natural organizer—capable of leading people, commanding respect, and treating others fairly. " You can handle basic administrative tasks and work with attention to detail. " You are reliable and able to independently solve problems.
