We're looking for a project manager to join our team who will connect customer needs, development, sales, and marketing, and help turn new ideas into reality.
What Your Work Will Involve
You will become the link between the customer and the development team.
You will:
• coordinate development and innovation projects,
• collaborate with the technical department on new product solutions,
• work with the sales team in preparing new solutions,
• gather customer feedback and convert it into specific requirements,
• coordinate individual project steps from concept to market launch,
• present projects to customers and partners,
• contribute to marketing strategy for new products.
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who:
• can manage multiple projects simultaneously,
• has technical or marketing mindset,
• enjoys communicating with people,
• finds solutions rather than focusing on problems,
• isn't afraid to take responsibility,
• is proficient in English communication.
Experience in project management, product development, or medical devices is an advantage.
