We constantly work for good quality that benefits the users of our services. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a coordinator, you are a key person whose work tasks are very varied. In your role as coordinator, you are a support person for the unit managers at Solbacken. You are the unit managers' administrative support and are responsible for, among other things, planning daily staffing, hiring temporary staff and running the operation. You will work in different data systems which requires good computer skills. You will be knowledgeable about the operation's finances and work for good quality and a good work environment. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is solution-focused and can work independently, is flexible and confident and has the ability to organize based on financial and operational needs. We see that you have the ability to work proactively and to see details as well as the big picture. Together with the unit manager, you shall motivate the staff to work towards set goals. Basic computer skills are a requirement and you must have Swedish language proficiency in speech and writing. We are looking for someone with at least a high school education that is considered relevant for the task. It is good if you have experience working as a coordinator or equivalent work.
