Your new job As a coordinator, you work to contribute to a sustainable labor market in Jönköping Municipality by: Strengthening individuals' opportunities to establish themselves in working life, whether the step goes through education, internship, or employment. Your goals are closely aligned with the unit's and department's mission: more people should get the right competence, the right support, and a path into working life. Your success is therefore measured both in individuals' progression (for example, more people reaching education, work, or internship) and in the quality of collaboration with employers and other actors. To achieve the goals and take responsibility in your role as coordinator, the following tasks are included: Create and develop contacts with employers, education providers, the business community, and other partners. Match individuals with employers' needs and create opportunities for internship or employment. Participate in networks, meetings, and projects that strengthen competence supply in the municipality. Follow up on measures, ensure progression, and adjust plans as needed. Document work in accordance with the municipality's routines and systems. Your competence We are looking for you who have: Post-secondary education in business economics, marketing, personnel and labor market issues, or other education that the employer considers equivalent. Documented experience working with business contacts and external relations Experience independently establishing, developing, and maintaining professional relationships with companies and other external actors. Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish both orally and in writing. You have experience creating, developing, and managing relationships with companies and other external actors through an active and proactive working approach. You communicate in a professional and trust-building manner when in contact with companies and partners. You build trust and long-term relationships with different target groups, from employees to managers and decision-makers, and can adapt your communication and message based on recipient and situation. You also have a good understanding of businesses' and organizations' needs, conditions, and decision-making processes. To succeed in the role, you need to have good knowledge of how professional business relationships are built, developed, and maintained over time. You find it easy to build trust and establish long-term relationships and can adapt your communication and message based on recipient and situation.
