Coating Department Coordinator

What you will do: - perform coating work on axles and in the coating booth as needed - organize work within your assigned shift in the coating department - supervise a small team - monitor compliance with defined processes and regulations in your area of responsibility - resolve issues that arise in the coating department - train employees in the coating department - ensure material flow between individual work stations Requirements: - forklift operator license required for this position, but training is available after hire - basic computer skills - experience supervising a small team of people (minimum 1 year of practice) - basic technical knowledge (mechanical engineering) - organizational skills - coating experience is an advantage The initial contract is for a fixed term, then it is extended.
