We are seeking a Workplace Testing Coordinator with administration, sample collection, training, recruitment, and coordination as main responsibilities.

Ljung & Sjöberg AB is an industry leader in alcohol and drug testing, gambling addiction, and codependency in the workplace.
We have three main areas:
- Identification and rehabilitation of employees in the business sector
- Alcohol and drug testing services
- Inpatient care operations
We have offices in Stockholm, Göteborg, Malmö, Piteå, and Sundsvall, but our services are national. The company has repeatedly been awarded Dagens Industri's Gazelle Prize and Veckans Affärer's Super Company Award.
We now need an employee who can be active in Norrbotten. Please note that the position is both based at the office and in the field at customer companies. Work location by agreement.
Your responsibilities will vary and include:
Sample Collection
• Conduct random testing, new hire tests, and other required sample collections.
• Provide support in sample collection activities where multiple collectors are needed and handle urgent matters that arise.
Coordination
• Plan and coordinate sample collection matters and act as a link between customer and collector.
• Coordinate and follow up with part-time sample collectors.
Administration related to sample collection
• Sample result administration
• Administer new hire tests
• Ongoing documentation in customer database regarding case progress. Clearly document where in the process the sample collection matter stands and upcoming activities.
• Ensure customer information is current and communicate to relevant parties.
• Ensure that agreed-upon tests are carried out with assigned customers.
• Ensure correct invoicing of workplace tests. Invoicing occurs ongoing, weekly, and monthly.
• Direct deviating workplace tests to MRO (Medical Review Officer) for further handling.
• Follow our existing processes for all matters and report any deviations that occur.
Training
• Training, follow-up, and evaluation of subcontractors and our own collector network.
• Ensure that the collector network has relevant sample collection materials.
Your qualifications:
You are a "DOER" and a person who works in a structured manner, has good organizational skills, and enjoys administration and digital tools. You like taking initiative and having responsibility. You are flexible and enjoy solving problems, and you thrive in a creative and stimulating environment with deadlines. It is important that you find it easy to contact other people and are driven by providing good service. You are confident and clear in your communication. Integrity is a core value for you.
You have at least upper secondary education. If you additionally have healthcare education, experience in addiction care, or have worked in public health, that is an advantage. Since the position involves travel days, you must be prepared for inconvenient working hours.
