As a coordinator for our locks and alarms department, you'll become a valuable member of our coordinator team where you work closely together. In your role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email. This means that the ability to provide high service is important – having the willingness to give "that little extra" to both customers and colleagues through a pleasant, service-focused and trustworthy approach. A significant part of the role will focus on scheduling and coordinating our service technicians' time for various assignments. Your ability to organize and plan efficiently will be crucial to ensure that our customers receive the highest possible service. When needed, you will also support with invoicing and purchasing of materials, as well as general office management and phone switchboard for the company. Your coordinating function spans many contact points, and you play an important role in creating clear and smooth communication by providing feedback to both customers and clients. Coordinating contacts and distributing tasks to the right person within SafeTeam will be a central part of your role. We are looking for someone willing to work 50–75 %. The exact scope can be discussed based on your preferences and the company's needs. The role has potential to grow over time, and we therefore see that the position could develop to 100 % in the future. Where? You'll divide your working time between our locks and alarms department, which creates a broad network of contacts and good insight into both departments. The work is on-site, and your part-time position will be distributed during our working hours, which are 7:00–16:00 Monday to Thursday and on Fridays 7:00–15:00. You'll be based at both offices of our locks and alarms departments. Both offices are located on Hisingen, at Virvelvindsgatan and Södra Hildedalsgatan respectively. Here you'll have the company of wonderful colleagues in various roles – coordinators, department managers, and project leaders/engineers, as well as technicians. To qualify for this position, we want you to have: experience from similar jobs experience in customer service the ability to provide high service – "that little extra" – to both customers and colleagues. You'll have daily contact with customers and colleagues, which demands a pleasant and professional manner. You have completed upper secondary education and several years of experience in administrative work in a service-oriented role. You have good knowledge of the Office suite.
