Description of work activities:
Responsibility for the preparation and implementation of assigned construction projects included in the MO budget financing program (hereinafter referred to as construction investment projects), including proposals for financing methods, project preparation, proposals for resolving property rights relationships and technical-economic requirements, preparation of cost estimates and plans for preparatory survey, project and implementation work, selection and coordination of contractors and other project participants, preparation, conclusion and implementation of contract amendments, verification and ensuring completeness of investment documentation, supervision of the progress of implementation of these projects, work acceptance, preparation of records and protocols on project handover, ensuring correction of deficiencies during their implementation, all in accordance with applicable legal regulations, technical standards and internal MO regulations within the scope of AHNM authority, in particular the conditions set by the management documentation of individual projects.
Exercising technical supervision of the investor in assigned construction investment projects.
Management of the process of input, inter-operational and final inspection by the client on the most structurally and technologically demanding projects, ensuring coordination of contractors and other participants in these projects.
