What awaits you with us? - Assistance with pricing external manufacturing inquiries - Management of inquiry procedures when outsourcing production to cooperating partners according to internal DKL guidelines - Recording cooperating partner orders in the Helios information system and monitoring adherence to delivery deadlines, including ongoing deadline updates in the system - Submission of material ordering requirements - Active search for new suppliers and development of cooperation with existing business partners - Creation and planning of delivery routes for drivers - Inspection of delivered orders, particularly verification of correct quantities and materials used - Cooperation with technology and production management to ensure timely completion of orders - Assistance with arranging transport and collection of materials from cooperating suppliers - Active cooperation across all company departments What do we expect from you? - Technical education (minimum secondary school with focus on mechanical engineering) – knowledge of manufacturing processes - Experience in a similar position (manufacturing, logistics, or purchasing advantageous) - Familiarity with Helios information system, knowledge of MS Office, MS Windows, internet usage - Ability to negotiate with suppliers and secure the best possible terms (e.g., payment terms of at least 30 days) - Attention to detail and sense of order – chaos has no place in our work - Category B driver's license – occasional need to visit suppliers - Independence, as well as ability to work as part of a team - Strong desire to work and learn new things - Reliable and responsible approach to work Employee benefits: meal allowance, company events, Multisport card or coffee corner where you can enjoy quality coffee free of charge.
