Job Responsibilities: analyze customer needs and propose solutions in the Helios iNuvio system, implement the system at customer sites, provide consultation and support to users in their daily work with the system, train users and key personnel of customers, collaborate with colleagues from the consultant and developer teams, participate in new projects, work with companies from various industries - from retail and services to manufacturing companies. Be prepared for business travel to customer sites within the Czech Republic.
Requirements: university degree, proficiency in MS Office suite, experience working with enterprise information systems, ability to communicate with customers and find practical solutions, independence and responsible approach to work, ability to work both in teams and independently, driver's license category B, advantageous: knowledge of Helios iNuvio system, basic understanding of databases or SQL knowledge, experience with information system implementations, understanding of business processes (e.g., accounting, sales, logistics, or manufacturing)
