What will your job responsibilities be? - Participate in the implementation of personnel and payroll systems - Analyze customer requirements and propose solutions in collaboration with the development department - Conduct training and consultations with existing and new customers - Propose solutions for non-standard customer requirements What do you need for this position? - Knowledge of personnel and payroll matters and experience working with KS mzdy PROFi personnel and payroll system or similar, minimum 2 years - Excellent communication skills and listening ability - Analytical and logical thinking - Assertive approach - Willingness to undertake occasional business trips within the Czech Republic and Slovakia Employee benefits: meal allowance, language courses, workplace refreshments, pleasant work environment, flexible working hours, points in the Benefit Plus program, sick days, unlimited vacation.
