What this position entails: - Sales is the main event here - no boring desk work, but dynamic work with people where your charm, energy, and communication skills play a crucial role. You'll help customers find the ideal solution that makes their daily lives easier, and offer products and services that make sense. - Every conversation could become a sale. And every sale brings you not just success, but also higher rewards. Your work has a direct impact on the store's results and your monthly income. Commission has no cap, so the more you sell, the more you earn. - You'll be part of a team that operates at full capacity - we share know-how, tips, and motivation to keep pushing. You'll try different sales approaches, learn how to deal with different types of customers, and improve a little bit more every day. - You'll work in an environment that gets results, but also values fairness and humor. Because sales keep us going, but energy and people keep us together. - Commissions have no ceiling. Our top salespeople take home up to 70,000 Kč per month, with the typical average around 40,000 Kč including base salary, and everyone can grow higher.
