You'll help customers find the ideal solution to make their daily lives easier, and offer products and services that make sense. - Every conversation can lead to a sale. And every sale brings you not only success, but also higher rewards. Your work has a direct impact on the store's results and your monthly income. Commissions have no ceiling, so the more you sell, the more you earn. - On the sales floor, you'll be part of a team that's firing on all cylinders - we share know-how, tips, and motivation to push further. You'll try different sales approaches, learn how to deal with different types of customers, and improve a little bit more in sales every single day. - You'll work in an environment that's driven and competitive, but also fair and fun. - Commissions have no limit. Our top sellers take home up to 70,000 Kč per month, the average is around 40,000 Kč including base salary, and everyone can grow higher.
