About the Role
As Office Manager, you're responsible for establishing and developing ENGI's operations in Malmö. Your assignment includes business development within energy efficiency and HVAC and energy solutions, while building long-term relationships with customers and property owners.
You'll also be responsible for developing the operation's working methods, ensuring high quality in deliverables, and creating conditions for the team to grow. The role suits you if you thrive switching between strategic work, customer dialogue, leadership, and technical issues.
Your Main Responsibilities
Establish and develop ENGI's operations in Malmö
Drive business development and identify new customer opportunities
Build and develop long-term customer relationships
Lead, coach, and develop employees
Ensure quality, profitability, and structure in the operation

have solid experience in project planning, preferably in HVAC or energy
