About the Position At the Colorectal Surgery Clinic, we work with patients who are being investigated and treated for colorectal diseases within highly specialized care. Our work is characterized by close collaboration between different professions with the patient's needs at the center. As a contact nurse, you are responsible for care, coordination, and continuity for patients in colorectal surgery. You are the patient's fixed care contact throughout their entire care pathway, from investigation and treatment to follow-up. The work involves close contact with patients and their loved ones where you provide support, information, and guidance through the care process. You work with a patient-centered approach and contribute to creating security and continuity for the patient. You work in close collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other professionals within the clinic as well as with other care providers and care levels. The role involves independent work with great responsibility while teamwork is a central part of the assignment. This is a full-time temporary position from November 1, 2026 to August 31, 2027.
