Consultant Manager – Nurses and Physicians Location: Stockholm / Hybrid About Ideal Bemanning Ideal Bemanning is a growing staffing company specializing in nurses and physicians. We help healthcare providers across Sweden ensure the right expertise in the right place, while creating attractive assignments and development opportunities for healthcare professionals. We are in an exciting growth phase and are now looking for a Consultant Manager who wants to be part of developing our business with us. About the Role As a Consultant Manager, you have a central role in the business where you are responsible for recruitment, consultant management, customer relations, and business development. You work closely with both consultants and customers to ensure high quality, good workplace satisfaction, and long-term partnerships. Your main responsibilities: Recruit and match nurses and physicians to assignments Responsible for onboarding and ongoing follow-up of consultants Build long-term relationships with consultants and customers Ensure high quality in delivery Identify new business opportunities with existing and new customers Participate in customer meetings and contribute to business growth Work with staffing, planning, and coordination Contribute to the development of processes, routines, and work methods Who Are You?
