In your role as a recruitment consultant at Norra Resurs, you'll have a central position in our recruitment and staffing assignments. You'll be responsible for the entire process – from understanding client needs and finding the right candidates to placement, follow-up, and continued development of our consultants.
You'll work closely with both clients, candidates, and consultants, becoming an important part of creating a positive experience throughout the process. The role involves many touchpoints and a varied day-to-day where you switch between recruitment, staffing, personnel responsibility, and client dialogue.
You'll work independently with your processes, but always close to the rest of the team. At our company, we help each other, share candidates and knowledge, and work together to find the best solutions for our clients and consultants.
In the role, you'll among other things
Drive recruitment and staffing processes from start to finish.
Work with job postings, search, selection, interviews, candidate assessments, and candidate presentations.
Match candidates and consultants with the right assignments based on competence, experience, and personality.
Have personnel responsibility and continuously follow up, support, and develop our consultants.
Work closely with our account managers and ensure professional and personal delivery throughout the assignment.
Build and develop long-term relationships with candidates, consultants, and clients.
Collaborate closely with our account managers and other colleagues to meet both existing and upcoming competency needs.

You're self-driven and comfortable taking responsibility for your processes, while enjoying working close to a team. You thrive when things are busy, can prioritize between different tasks, and maintain a professional and service-oriented approach even when the pace is high.
You have a business-minded approach and the ability to understand what the client actually needs. At the same time, you have a genuine interest in finding the right opportunities for people and creating matches that work long-term.
We'd like to see that you have
Experience in recruitment, staffing, HR, sales, service, or other relevant client and people-focused roles.
Good communication skills and an ease for building relationships.
Ability to work structurally and handle multiple processes in parallel.
Good administrative and digital competence.
Your own drive and willingness to take responsibility and develop in the role.
