This is a role at the heart of our operations where you as Consulting Manager have overall responsibility for your clients and consultants. Your days will be varied and the pace can shift. One day your focus might be on a client conversation or a new business opportunity, the next on staffing or a situation that needs to be resolved quickly. An important part of the role is to ensure that the client's needs, the consultant's circumstances, and the business work together. This requires you to see the big picture while staying on top of what's happening here and now. The organization is flat and the path from question to decision is short. Collective agreements, client commitments, and long-term relationships are a natural part of the work and set the framework for the decisions you make. Responsibilities As Consulting Manager, you work both operationally and commercially. Your main responsibilities are to: • Manage and develop existing client relationships • Recruit, interview, and match consultants to client needs • Handle introduction and follow-up of consultants • Manage personnel matters and ongoing contact with consultants • Work with staffing, scheduling, and administration • Conduct client visits and follow-ups • Ensure that our assignments work well for both client and consultant Qualifications and personal qualities We believe you have: • Experience from staffing, recruitment, consulting, sales, service, or other customer-facing operations • Experience independently managing and developing client relationships • Experience with personnel responsibility or personnel-related matters • Good understanding of business and sales • Very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written • Good IT and system skills • B driver's license and access to a car Experience from the industrial sector is a merit, as is experience working with collective agreements.
