About the Role
As a consultant manager at Lernia, you will play a central role in establishing and developing our business in the region. You will work closely with the regional sales organization and be responsible for strengthening and expanding both our customer and consultant base. The role involves a strong focus on new customer acquisition where you actively contact companies, identify needs, and create long-term partnerships, primarily within the blue collar segment. You will drive the entire process from initial contact through placement and follow-up, while also having personnel responsibility for your consultants. The work is independent and offers great freedom to plan your day and drive the business forward.
About You

Required Qualifications
Experience in B2B or corporate sales
Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Valid driver's license (Class B)
Strong computer skills and digital competence
Ability to travel within the region
Desirable Qualifications
Experience from the staffing or recruitment industry
Experience from manufacturing or related industries
Experience in recruitment and/or personnel management
Established network and customer contacts in the region
Post-secondary education in areas such as human resources, business administration, or similar
