We're now looking for a Staffing Consultant who wants to help develop our business and create long-term relationships with both clients and consultants. We welcome both those seeking employment and those running their own business who want to collaborate with us as a subcontractor. About the role As a staffing consultant, you'll have a central role in our operations where you're responsible for recruiting, matching, and following up with consultants in healthcare and care services. You'll work closely with both clients and consultants to ensure high quality, excellent service, and long-term partnerships. Your responsibilities will include: Recruiting and staffing healthcare and care personnel, primarily nurses and physicians Matching client assignments with consultants Personnel responsibility and follow-up with consultants Managing schedules, placements, and staffing planning Contract and quote work Ensuring quality and excellent delivery on all assignments We're looking for someone who Has experience in staffing, recruitment, healthcare or care services Is organized, solution-oriented, and takes responsibility Has strong ability to build and develop relationships Enjoys working independently and taking initiative Has strong administrative skills Speaks and writes Swedish fluently It's a plus if you have experience with: Healthcare staffing Sales and client responsibility Recruiting and staffing nurses and physicians We offer 💙 An organization with short decision paths and great commitment 💙 Opportunity to influence and develop the business 💙 Flexible working arrangements 💙 Close and unpretentious collaboration 💙 Opportunity to work as an employee or through your own company At our company, we value commitment, quality, and good relationships.
