Your Role
As interim director of one of our consulting teams, you'll have overall responsibility for leading and developing the business. The role combines business responsibility, leadership, and customer-facing work – and you'll be a central force in ensuring that the business unit reaches its goals and continues to grow.
You'll be part of an experienced leadership team of seven directors. An important part of the assignment is to drive sales and customer relationships, while ensuring the right competence and capacity through recruitment, skills management, and resource optimization.
How You'll Excel
Experience leading, developing, and engaging employees as a manager
At least 8 years of documented experience within Life Science (preferably within Pharma & Biotech), with elements of sales, delivery, project management, and personnel responsibility. Management experience from the consulting industry is highly desirable
Strong customer and business focus with documented ability to identify business opportunities, develop customer relationships, and drive results
Experience with negotiations, resource planning, recruitment, and financial follow-up
Ability to prioritize and balance multiple areas of responsibility in a changing environment
A coaching, communicative leadership style that creates clarity, engagement, and collaboration
Independence, initiative, and solution focus that creates value for customers and the business
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
