Work with DevSecOps, cloud security, and automation in an assignment within the defense industry in Stockholm There are environments where security is an important part of development. And then there are environments where it must be present at every step. In this assignment within the defense industry, you as a DevSecOps consultant will work closely with development, operations, and security teams to build robust CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, and integrate security controls throughout the entire development chain. You'll come in as a subcontractor through Ada Digital and take on a technically broad assignment where security isn't an afterthought—it's built in from the start. Here you'll have the opportunity to: Work broadly with DevSecOps, CI/CD, cloud security, and Infrastructure as Code Combine automation and technical problem-solving with a clear security perspective Work closely with developers, operations, and security specialists and influence how security is built into the development workflow Tackle an assignment within the defense industry where robustness, traceability, and secure development have clear significance What you'll do with us A large part of your day-to-day work happens within the development chain itself. One moment you're working deep in a pipeline thinking about where a security control best fits. The next you're analyzing a vulnerability with developers or discussing how a cloud environment should be configured to meet security requirements. You'll do things like: Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines Automate infrastructure and configuration using tools like Terraform and Ansible Integrate SAST, DAST, SCA, and secrets management into development workflows Work with secure configuration and operations of AWS, Azure, or GCP, as well as Docker and Kubernetes Conduct security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and work with teams to find effective remediation approaches Monitor application and cloud environments and support incident handling Contribute guidance on secure architecture and DevSecOps principles Your team and workplace You'll come in as a specialist collaborating with other colleagues. The assignment involves close collaboration with developers and specialists in operations and security, with shared responsibility for keeping the development chain both efficient and secure. The assignment is full-time and conducted on-site in Stockholm. You'll work as a subcontractor through Ada Digital for our customer in the defense industry. About you To succeed in this role, you have several years of work experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, or related areas. CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code are familiar parts of your daily work, as are cloud platforms, containers, and questions about how these are safely configured and operated. You also have experience with: CI/CD such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent Infrastructure as Code tools AWS, Azure, or GCP along with Docker and Kubernetes SAST, DAST, SCA, and secrets management Python, Bash, Go, or another relevant scripting or programming language You also understand security frameworks and standards like OWASP, ISO 27001, or NIST and are familiar with compliance requirements that can impact cloud-native environments. Certifications in cloud or security are a plus. As a person, you're solution-oriented, analytical, and collaborative. You identify risks and problems, but don't stop at pointing them out. Instead, you seek pragmatic solutions and can explain both what needs to be done and why. You enjoy working with others, like to share your knowledge, and contribute unpretentiously to moving the team forward.
