As an electrical engineer at Toyota Material Handling Europe, you'll have the opportunity to work on electrical systems development alongside experienced colleagues and follow the entire development journey—from idea to finished product. As an electrical engineer with us, you will work with: Developing requirement specifications for electrical components Technical dialogue and collaboration with suppliers Modeling and cable routing in Catia Harness Collaboration with internal functions such as quality, procurement, and production In this role, you'll be part of a module group within R&D in Mjölby responsible for developing electrical systems in both new development projects and further development of existing products. The module group currently consists of 13 people working closely together in a team-based approach, organized into three development teams. The development teams drive and are responsible for electrical systems development, including electrical components, signal and power cabling, in close collaboration with other R&D teams such as software, mechatronics, and mechanical design. The team follows the entire development chain—from idea to implementation. The software we use includes Catia V5, Matrix, and SEE Electrical Expert. We would also like to see that you have: A degree as a graduate engineer in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or electrical power. Alternatively, you have a secondary or vocational education combined with several years of professional experience as an electrical engineer, electrician, or electrical installer.
