Design Engineer

Jihostroj a.s. is looking for a technical expert to contribute to the development and design solutions of our hydraulic products. You will receive an independent position in development, where you will assume responsibility for designing new products in the field of hydraulic pumps, preparing development tests, and managing technical documentation. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Active collaboration on design solutions and development of new products Design of new products in the field of hydraulic pumps Preparation of product development tests Creation, management, and careful maintenance of technical documentation Direct communication and technical collaboration with customers when solving design proposals and presenting results Work with CAD systems and other technical tools WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU University or secondary technical education Knowledge of machine and equipment design Technical thinking and ability to independently solve assigned tasks Knowledge of CAD systems and MS Office English language proficiency Experience in machine and equipment design advantageous Responsibility for assigned projects and willingness to acquire new experience WHAT WE OFFER YOU Base salary of 42,000 to 48,000 Kč depending on education, knowledge, skills, and previous experience Guaranteed base salary increase after successful adaptation and training Support from an experienced team in the field of design and development Professional onboarding and further career development including work with technical tools Quarterly bonuses and vacation and Christmas bonuses (13th and 14th salary) based on company financial results Employee benefits under the Jihostroj+ program Subsidized company cafeteria Contribution to life or pension savings Possibility of accommodation in company accommodation facilities / apartments for easier start 5 weeks of vacation INTERESTED IN THIS POSITION?
