Linds bakery is looking for a friendly and ambitious team member for our location at Stortorget in Åtvidaberg. Linds Åtvidaberg is a classic pastry shop with a retail section and a service area, with outdoor seating during summer. Our assortment includes bread, cakes, pastries, layer cakes and sandwich cakes from our bakery, and we prepare meals and make sandwiches on site. Linds bakery is Eastern Gothia's leading bakery and pastry company with operations in Linköping, Mjölby, Motala, Finspång, Tranås and Åtvidaberg. Start date is immediate or by agreement, but by the end of November at the latest we need you to be working according to schedule. The position is 75% with work 4-5 days per week including every other weekend. When working, hours may be scheduled either from 5:30 AM in the morning or until 6:30 PM in the evening. We work according to a rotating schedule to ensure fair working hours for all employees. Opportunity for additional work exists in cases of illness, vacation, other leave, and if interested and possible, at other locations within the company in similar situations. The work includes cash register operations in our shop and service area, as well as some work in the cold section with sandwich production and preparation of light meals. You will also work with dishwashing and cleaning to ensure that both our production and sales & service areas are always clean and fresh. We believe you are an open and cheerful person who is passionate about customer service. You are not afraid to pitch in when needed and you are able to handle stress during busy periods. It is also important that you maintain good order and organization and that you are a team player who works well with your future colleagues. For this position, we consider it advantageous if you have a couple of years of experience from similar work, and if you can also provide references, that is a plus.
