Comprehensive Accountant

Position Description Our company is looking for an experienced and independent comprehensive/general accountant on a full-time basis who is knowledgeable in broader accounting matters and can independently manage routine economic operations within the company. We offer a stable and long-term employment opportunity with appropriate financial compensation. We are looking for a payroll accountant who will handle the following activities: o comprehensive management of the company's accounting agenda (finance, business operations, assets), o processing employee payroll (salary calculations, bonuses, allowances, deductions, etc.), o maintenance of payroll and personnel records in accordance with applicable legislation, o recording of received and issued invoices, banking operations, and cash register, o asset documentation and management, o registration and deregistration of employees with health insurance companies and management of social security, o processing and submission of reports for OSSZ, health insurance companies, and the tax office, o handling of personal income tax agenda from dependent activity (annual tax settlement, issuance of certificates), o communication with authorities (OSSZ, health insurance companies, tax office), o cooperation on financial statements and preparation of documents for audit or tax returns, o documentation and monitoring of attendance, vacation, and sick leave, o monitoring of legislative changes in accounting, payroll, and labor law and their practical application, o archiving of accounting, payroll, and personnel documents, o work in the ERP system Bílý Motýl (prior knowledge is not necessary), o work location: Plzeň. All employees are offered stable and long-term employment on an indefinite employment contract from the start date.
