Personal Assistant – position in Kolsva - Part-time
We're looking for you to help create safety, structure, and warmth in everyday moments, both big and small. With us, you'll be an important support in a home where clarity, presence, and respect form the foundation of everything we do.
If you're skilled in social media, that's an advantage since you'll be involved and supportive in the career she is building.
You have experience with autism and ADHD, preferably with clear pedagogical methods, and you are calm, stable, and curious about people and different ways of communicating. With a low-key approach and good intuition, you can simplify and guide when situations require it.
The home has both a dog and a cat, so it's important that you love animals and thrive in an environment where pets are a natural part of everyday life.
You work independently, but are also an important part of a well-functioning and conscientious team with close collaboration and clear communication. You receive support from both a team leader and a customer manager.
Ongoing guidance and training are provided based on the operation's and team's needs. The role places high demands on work ethic, responsibility, loyalty, and long-term commitment.
During the introduction period, you'll receive the training and knowledge required to work at this specific workplace. That's why we're looking for someone who plans to stay long-term and wants to be part of the team.
Working hours vary, including overnight shifts
Day shifts 8–15 (two days/week) and 21–10 (one night/week), plus every other Sunday 13–19.
