About the Position We are seeking a Communications Specialist for our client who, during a transition period, needs to strengthen their capacity in ongoing communications and ensure communication support for prioritized projects. The assignment includes operational and activity-related communication support. The work tasks consist mainly of content production and publishing for web, intranet, and social media, as well as creating presentations, graphic materials, photos, and videos. The communications department currently consists of a communications manager, a communications partner, and an e-commerce manager. The assignment will be carried out in close collaboration with the communications manager and other team members in the communications department. The role is titled Communications Partner. The operations contribute to Region Stockholm's vital mission by, among other things, ensuring that healthcare has the right materials, equipment, and transportation in place to function safely and efficiently. The assignment is societally critical and becomes increasingly important as demands on crisis preparedness and healthcare robustness increase. The position also includes the following tasks: - Responsibility for communications planning - Development of communications concepts - Coordination and communication support to managers and operations within defined and prioritized projects Assignment Period and Scope: The Communications Partner position is a full-time consulting assignment (39.5 hours/week) starting in October and estimated to run through the end of March 2027. After that, there is a possible opportunity for extension up to twelve months. Work is primarily performed at the office with the possibility of some remote work after the introductory period and by agreement with your direct manager. Requirements for the Position: • Academic degree in media and communication science or other education deemed equivalent by our client • At least five years of experience in qualified communication work including both planning and implementation, content production, and collaboration with different parts of the organization • At least three years of experience in content production, publishing for web, intranet, and social media • Experience independently planning, coordinating, and executing communication projects • Experience publishing in Optimizely or equivalent publishing system • Experience in graphic production using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop • Experience in photography, video production, and editing in Adobe Premiere Pro • Documented knowledge of and experience applying plain language • Knowledge of and experience applying digital accessibility in content production and publishing • Experience independently providing strategic and operational communication support to different parts of the organization For us to move you forward in the process, you must clearly document in your CV that all of the above requirements are met. Meritorious for the Position: • Experience planning and executing change communication and supporting the organization through change • Work experience from communication work in public or politically governed operations with understanding of the conditions that apply in such an organization • Worked with communications planning and coordination • Experience in internal communications and intranet • Previous experience with employer branding and recruitment communication About You: To succeed in this role, you need to be structured, flexible, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You work independently, take responsibility for driving work forward, and prioritize in dialogue with the communications manager. The role also requires good collaboration skills, a solution-oriented approach, and the ability to quickly understand different needs and find opportunities and solutions.
