JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are now looking for a communicator who wants to work broadly within the field of communication with a special and strategic focus on social media. The Communications Unit is responsible for our internal and external communication. Internal communication should create participation, unity, and engagement among our employees, while external communication should strengthen Bolagsverket's reputation, create value for our customers, and increase our attractiveness as an employer. As a communicator, you are responsible for ensuring that communication is clear, accessible, and adapted to different target groups in our channels and that it supports the agency's mission and goals. You work with both internal and external communication and provide support to the entire agency on strategic and operational matters. Your main responsibilities: • provide communication support to the operations, both through advice, planning, and practical implementation of communication initiatives • support the operations in formulating messages, choosing channels, and adapting communication to the right target group • develop, implement, and follow up communication plans for various assignments and activities • participate in brainstorming and content production for different channels and target groups, and develop texts, news, presentation materials, or content for web and intranet • collaborate with colleagues within the unit and contribute to experience sharing, joint development, and coordinated communication work for Bolagsverket. The role has a special strategic focus on social media, which means driving, long-term planning, producing, and publishing content that clearly and accessibly reflects Bolagsverket's mission and operations. The work includes both ongoing work with publishing, dialogue, and advertising in the agency's social media as well as long-term and strategic responsibility for developing and strengthening Bolagsverket's presence in these channels. The role also includes following up and analyzing results, managing archiving, and responding to questions and comments in a correct, accessible, and service-oriented manner. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who: • is organized and works according to a clear process and plans your work well, completes what has been started, and meets deadlines • is stable and can handle stressful situations in a constructive way and maintain calm, and has the ability to focus on the right things • learns quickly and has a desire to develop and adapts easily to change. You are open to trying new ways of working and new technology and can identify improvements with the agency's best interests in focus • is results-oriented and works towards set goals and good results. You take initiative and drive activities to make progress in your work. To succeed in the role, you need to have: • university or professional college education in communication, information, media, or marketing, or equivalent knowledge that we assess as equivalent • three to five years of professional experience as a communicator • documented experience of having strategic overall responsibility for social media in the public sector, where you have worked on driving and planning the work as well as with content and follow-up • experience with and very good ability to write and develop communication plans • very good knowledge of social media • experience with and knowledge of one or more publishing tools • knowledge of Adobe programs and experience in graphic production and/or photo and image editing • very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written • good ability to express yourself in English, both spoken and written. It is an advantage if you also have: • advanced education in social media and/or strategic communication • knowledge of plain language, digital accessibility, and communications law • experience with the publishing tool Sitevision.
