About the Position As a Communications Coordinator, you will work with communications initiatives for a national collaboration organization within the healthcare sector. The assignment includes ensuring continuity in communications work during a transition period. The role encompasses both operational and strategic communications support as well as close collaboration with national and regional stakeholders in the relevant area. Responsibilities - Plan, coordinate, and implement communications initiatives. - Identify communications needs, communications planning, and message formulation. - Coordinate the local communications organization of the regional knowledge centers through digital weekly meetings where tasks are distributed. - Support communicators in the communications department with communications production. Assignment Period and Scope The position as Communications Coordinator is a consulting assignment at 50% of a full-time position for the period 2026-10-01 to 2026-12-15. After that, there may be an opportunity for extension until 2027-03-31. Work is primarily performed on-site with some possibility for remote work. Requirements for the Position • Requirement for documented experience and knowledge of working with communications in public administration • Requirement for experience from the healthcare sector's organization and operations • Experience working with communications consulting and communications coordination in similar/related activities For us to be able to move you forward in the process, you need to clearly demonstrate in your CV that all of the above requirements are met. About You: We are looking for someone who is self-driven, structured, and analytical with the ability to take initiative and drive work forward. You have an easy time creating and developing good relationships and collaborate well with various stakeholders. You are communicative, pedagogical, and responsive to the organization's needs, with the ability to adapt messages and working methods based on target audience and situation. You work methodically, have good organizational skills, and are comfortable translating analysis into practical solutions.
