About the Position In your role as Commercial Project Manager, you are responsible for driving external projects. This includes both customized projects and larger tender requests. The role therefore requires good insight into the business, the industry, and the different phases of the project. Work tasks include working with calculation and quotations together with sales, developing technical solutions, coordinating internal resources, and maintaining ongoing customer dialogue. You will also be responsible for delivery and commissioning internally and with the help of external contractors, as well as ensuring that the project is handed over correctly from production to installation. You will also have a central role in further developing the organization's processes and working methods. Here you have the opportunity to contribute new perspectives, initiate process improvements, and together with others in the organization develop efficient and well-functioning working methods. You report to the Project and Service Manager and work closely with sales and internal functions such as procurement, design, and production. The project organization already has a project manager in place, which creates good opportunities for collaboration and knowledge sharing in ongoing project work. Your Profile To succeed in the role of Commercial Project Manager, we believe you are at a stage where you have built a solid foundation in project management and now want to take the next step in a role with greater overall responsibility and more business-oriented elements. As a person, you are organized and responsible, with the ability to drive your projects forward in a methodical way. At the same time, you are curious and want to continue developing, both technically and commercially. You enjoy having contact with customers and feel comfortable in discussions about solutions, schedules, and economics. You enjoy collaborating with multiple functions internally and have strong communication skills.
