Contract Management Specialist Customer Service Department / SIA Rīgas ūdens Reg. No. 40103023035 Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and administering water utility service contracts Processing and updating client data in company databases Communicating with clients (in writing, by phone, and in person) regarding contract matters Making amendments to contracts and executing new contracts Obtaining information from state and external databases (Land Registry, State Revenue Service, Lursoft, etc.) We expect you to have: Higher education, preferably in law (final-year students also welcome) Preferred experience in customer service Accuracy, sense of responsibility, and analytical thinking Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach Ability to work under pressure and resolve disputed matters Computer skills (MS Office) and state language proficiency at C1 level We offer: Salary from 1650 to 1730 EUR (gross) Health insurance after probation period Opportunities to develop professional knowledge and skills Opportunity to lead and develop a technical team 5 paid additional vacation days Work in a family-friendly company Please submit your CV in Latvian by clicking here: APPLY.
