THE ROLE As a kitchen manager you will be responsible for the whole operation. You lead the daily operations, are present, enjoy cooking and are social. You are confident in yourself, see solutions and potential paths forward for our guests and partners. You will cook meals for approximately 400 children and young people per day between ages 6-15, ensure that the dining hall is set up and that routines, purchasing and lists are managed.
