Tures in Sturegallerian is seeking an engaged and experienced executive chef who wants to take responsibility for the kitchen as a whole, develop our food concept, and lead a team with a passion for quality and gastronomy. We're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic restaurant environment, has strong leadership skills, and wants to create a kitchen operation where quality, structure, and creativity are at the center. ABOUT THE ROLE: Tures has been located in Sturegallerian since 1989 and has since been an established meeting place for both lunch and dinner. As executive chef at Tures, you have a central role in the restaurant's daily operations and development. You are responsible for leading the kitchen, ensuring high quality, and creating good conditions for the team to perform at their best. You work closely with the restaurant manager and have overall responsibility for both the operational management and long-term development of the kitchen. YOUR MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Lead and develop daily kitchen operations. Manage supplier relations and purchasing. Write and develop menus. Handle scheduling for kitchen and dishwashing staff. Ensure quality, structure, and efficient working procedures. Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen team. Contribute to a strong team culture and high gastronomic standards. WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOU IF YOU: Have at least 3 years of experience as an executive chef. Are a confident, clear, and engaged leader. Have good experience in restaurant operations and staff planning. Are passionate about food, quality, and development. Are organized, solution-oriented, and comfortable working at a fast pace. Enjoy taking responsibility and driving the operation forward.
