La Pasta Veloce is a fast-casual restaurant serving well-prepared Italian food with a focus on fresh pasta. A restaurant where Italian traditions are offered in a modern way. Walking into the restaurant is like stepping "out" onto an Italian street - an environment inspired by speed and racing with tempo, life and movement, combined with Italian care and tradition. We make our fresh pasta on-site in the restaurant and serve it with homemade sauces. We also have risotto and desserts on our menu. We are looking for someone with previous experience as a kitchen assistant. It is important that you have a good feel for the trade, that you enjoy working at a fast pace, that you enjoy working in a team, and that you feel engagement and pride in your work. Our guests will have a view into the kitchen as we have an open floor plan, which means that you and the entire team should be service-oriented and open to talking with our guests. Job responsibilities: Preparation of pasta and risotto dishes. Kitchen work such as chopping, cutting, and peeling. Food preparation. Cleaning and dishwashing, as well as receiving deliveries. We want you to have good knowledge of hygiene in restaurant kitchens. We also want you to have knowledge of Italian cuisine. We are looking for 2 people for both full-time and part-time positions who can work both lunch hours on weekdays and weekends.
