We are seeking a Cook/Kitchen Assistant/Cold Prep Station Attendant for a modern fast casual salad restaurant with varied job responsibilities beyond cooking. BRUTALE in central Helsingborg, next to Systembolaget on Drottninggatan. 15 years of quality-driven food passion and genuinely personal service! Typical responsibilities: Cooking and prep work for our salad menu Dish washing Serving Handling customer orders for salads & bowls at the salad bar in front of guests Cleaning Oversee purchasing Receiving deliveries Managing self-inspection, HACCP Waste management, etc. Schedule: Mostly daytime until 3:00 PM, including weekends. Scope: Full-time minimum, 40+ hours FluentSwedish required and preferably good English. Only candidates with relevant experience are sought. You must have worked with cooking for a minimum of 2 years previously. We would particularly appreciate if you have 5+ years of experience in either restaurant, salad bar, café, large-scale kitchen, or preschool kitchen where you prepared food from scratch. If you have a preference for healthy cooking and prioritize exercise and wellness in general, we consider this a strong asset.
