Chef for Bistro in Central Stockholm
On behalf of our client Swings, we are now recruiting a culinary professional for a full-time permanent position.
The restaurant, located a stone's throw from Odenplan, has created a playful and inviting meeting place for couples on dates, groups of friends, walk-in guests who want a beer and some snacks at the bar, and corporate groups who want to socialize and enjoy good food in a wonderful setting. In addition to well-prepared food and curated beverages, the venue offers incredibly fun mini golf for its visitors. The dining rooms and bars, spread across three floors, are beautifully decorated in Art Deco style and evoke the American 1930s.
During the warm months, the focus shifts to the company's three summer venues (Kristineberg, Nacka Strand & Aspudden), which also revolve around food & drinks combined with mini golf.
We believe you should have previous experience working at a casual dining restaurant during evening service, with everything that entails regarding working hours, competence, and ability to collaborate. As a chef at Swing, you'll be an important part of a team where everyone helps everyone and no one is afraid to step up when needed. If you have ambitions, there's also an opportunity to advance to a Sous Chef position after serving as a chef for some time.
