Christmas at Kajplats 9 is something truly special! On November 19, we're launching this year's spectacular Christmas buffet by the shores of Mälaren. This year we're offering our guests an exciting variety – from traditional Christmas favorites and charcoal-grilled meat to an exclusive seafood plateau featuring lobster, langoustines, and oysters. We're now looking for a skilled and driven chef to strengthen our kitchen team during our busiest and most exciting season. Kajplats 9 (part of Brasserie Tullhuset AB) is a popular gathering place in Västerås. With us, you'll work with fine ingredients at a fast pace, serving guests both in our dining room and in our event space Tullkammaren. Starting December 16, we'll also be offering popular Christmas lunch buffets. We're looking for you: Who have professional experience as a chef and thrive when there's a lot to do. Who have a strong sense of quality, whether you're grilling meat, preparing the vegan 3-course menu, or handling fresh seafood. Who are stress-resistant and can keep your calm and overview even when the orders keep coming in. Who are an unpretentious team player who spreads good energy to your colleagues. This position is a temporary employment/on-call position during the Christmas season starting November 19.
