We're looking for someone with previous experience, who has a passion for food and thinks this challenge sounds really fun. You'll be an important part of the kitchen team and work in an operation where things happen from morning to evening. Hotell Vänerport AB operates 3 hotels in and around Mariestad with breakfast service, lunch service, dinner service, Christmas buffets, events, buffets, etc. at the different hotels and somewhat depending on the season. You'll have great opportunities to develop the operation, and to influence the kitchen setup, menu, and restaurant operations. Job Responsibilities Preparation and plating with a focus on quality Prep work, planning, and collaboration in the kitchen team Help develop routines and work methods Ensure hygiene, organization, and good kitchen flow What We're Looking For Previous experience as a chef Flexible, collaborative, and contribute to a positive workplace Like when it's busy, but still want to deliver quality Can communicate fluently in English (required), Swedish is a merit Requirement for functional commute: either your own car or within walking/biking distance.
