Meat & Beat AB in Skellefteå is seeking an experienced and responsible cook for our restaurant operations. We are looking for someone with documented experience working in a restaurant kitchen and who can work independently with à la carte, grill, and international cuisine. The restaurant currently offers burgers, grilled dishes, chicken, kebab, and rice dishes. As part of our continued development, we want to expand our menu with more Central Asian and Afghan dishes. The position involves preparing raw ingredients, cooking meat, chicken, grill and rice dishes, working during service, ensuring consistent quality, and following procedures for hygiene, food safety, and cleaning. The cook is also expected to contribute knowledge and ideas in developing new dishes and working methods in the kitchen. We are looking for someone who is thorough, reliable, and stress-resistant, who can take responsibility for their work and collaborate well with other staff. The ability to plan work, maintain good order in the kitchen, and deliver food with consistent quality even during busy periods is important. Experience in Central Asian or Afghan cooking is a merit. Experience from grill, restaurant, or à la carte kitchens is a requirement based on the experience level specified in the job posting.
