Spicy Hot is an Asian fast-food chain that started in Västerås in 2001. Currently, there are 11 restaurants: three in Norrköping, three in Västerås, one in Karlstad, one in Uppsala, two in Eskilstuna, and one in Löddeköpinge. At Spicy Hot, we work with fresh ingredients prepared to order—a dish takes approximately 2 minutes to prepare and is served directly when ready. Orders and payments are made at the register, and guests wait for their food to be served. We have approximately 30 different dishes on the menu with Thai and Chinese flavors. Then you should apply to Spicy Hot! What we're looking for: We're seeking cheerful, service-oriented, meticulous team players who can handle a fast-paced work environment. Your professional experience in the field is not as important, as we will train you on-site with our supervisors using handbooks for both dining and kitchen operations. You will prepare our dishes according to our recipe book. You will assist kitchen assistants in producing all preliminary ingredients and you will work with kitchen routines including hygiene checks, ingredient handling, and other food preparation in a small team. You must have worked as a cook with Asian cuisine for at least 1 year. If you speak Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, or Thai, that is an additional advantage. Start date: Immediately or by agreement Full-time/part-time with hourly wages according to the collective agreement rate for the restaurant industry. 3-month probation period.
