Neo Atollen AB is seeking two dedicated and responsible chefs for our operation in Jönköping. We are looking for someone who has a passion for cooking and wants to be an important part of our kitchen team. As a chef with us, you will work on preparing dishes within à la carte service and be responsible for ensuring our guests receive a high-quality dining experience. You will work together with our team to ensure efficient kitchen operations, good service, and high standards in food. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant's menu Work with à la carte and the kitchen's daily routines Responsible for quality, taste, and presentation Prepare ingredients and work with mise en place Ensure that hygiene and food safety regulations are followed Collaborate with the kitchen team for efficient workflow Contribute ideas and improvements in the kitchen We are looking for someone who: Has previous experience as a chef Has experience with à la carte cooking Is thorough, responsible, and quality-conscious Can work independently and with others Can handle working at a fast pace Has a great interest in food and service We would like you to have experience from the restaurant industry and be accustomed to working professionally in a kitchen environment.
