Eriksgårdens Fjällhotell in Funäsdalen is now seeking a chef for our evening restaurant for a year-round position. We are looking for someone with previous experience as a chef with at least 5 years of experience, good collaboration skills, and a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues. Eriksgården is a mountain hotel with 42 rooms located in central Funäsdalen. The hotel also has a spa department with a pool, jacuzzi, and various saunas. Eriksgårdens Fjällhotell is centrally located in Funäsdalen village with 40 rooms. During winter, snowmobile trails and cross-country ski trails are right outside the door, and Funäsdalsberget with its excellent skiing is just a few kilometers away. During summer, fishing, hiking, and cycling are all close to the hotel. During high season we have two restaurants. One for hotel guests with half board and one a la carte restaurant, both restaurants are open every evening of the week. You should be a creative and stress-resilient person with flexibility, quality awareness, and ability to work independently. You must be fluent in Swedish and English.
