Now we're looking for an Operations Developer who wants to be part of developing how we work in Sweden and the Nordic region. With us, you'll combine operations development and process development with an important perspective on quality, environment, safety, and physical working conditions. About the Role As an Operations Developer, you'll have a central and operationally close role with significant opportunity to make an impact. You work closely with the CEO, management, managers, and employees and function as a unifying force in developing our processes and ways of working with a focus on QESH-related matters. You move between the big picture and details, between headquarters and our resident sites, and between analysis and implementation. The goal isn't to create more processes. The goal is to create even better processes. Your Key Responsibilities Map and develop business-critical processes and identify improvement potential. Lead and monitor improvement initiatives and standardization of working methods. Integrate working environment and safety as a central part of operations development, with particular focus on creating a safe, secure, and sustainable working environment. The work shall also encompass quality and environment and contribute to the operation meeting relevant laws, regulatory requirements, and internal requirements, with particular emphasis on the working environment area. Drive internal projects, including startup of new resident sites. Develop and manage relevant parts of the company's management system and participate in and follow up on internal and external audits. Conduct risk analyses and risk assessments and ensure that identified risks and measures are followed up. Develop key metrics for monitoring quality and efficiency. Analyze deviations and incidents, conduct root cause analyses, and drive corrective and preventive measures. Lead workshops and support the organization in implementing new ways of working. Collaborate with KNAPP Group and global QESH functions to ensure that Nordic working methods and processes are aligned with the group's requirements, standards, and methods. Identify and share best practices within the organization. The position is full-time with placement at our Nordic headquarters in Hyllie (Malmö). You report to our CEO and work closely with all departments in the company. Travel to our resident sites throughout the Nordic region occurs on an ongoing basis. Who Are We Looking For? We're looking for someone with relevant academic education and approximately five to seven years of experience in operations development, process development, operational excellence, management consulting, or related fields. You have experience driving improvement work from analysis and identified needs to implementation and follow-up. If you have worked with risk analyses and risk assessments, that's a clear advantage. QESH is an important perspective in the role, but we're not necessarily looking for a specialized QESH expert. You may have experience in quality, environment, working environment, or safety, but a strong interest in the area combined with solid experience in operations and process development can be equally relevant. A background as a management consultant or operations consultant could be a very good fit. Perhaps you've spent some years analyzing operations, developing processes, and recommending changes and feel it would be exciting to follow the work all the way from idea to real and lasting change. As a person, you're analytical and structured with a pragmatic side. You're curious about why things work as they do and have no problem respectfully questioning why things are done a certain way. You're comfortable independently driving matters and comfortable working closely with company management. At the same time, you enjoy being out in the operations, talking with the people who use the processes, and understanding what actually works in daily life. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, and are an experienced user of MS Office and business systems (experience with SAP is a merit). Why KNAPP?
