About the role: As QMS Manager, you are responsible for developing and coordinating the business area's work within quality, environment, and occupational health and safety. You lead a team of specialists and work closely with regional support, project organizations, business developers, Peab Teknik, and other specialist functions to translate legal requirements, customer requirements, and internal requirements into clear work methods and operational support for management and follow-up that creates value in daily work. Through audits, follow-ups, analysis of key metrics, and experiences from operations, you drive continuous improvements and create conditions for achieving our goals in quality, environment, and occupational health and safety, while strengthening customer value and operational results. Areas of responsibility: Lead and develop the business area's management system and operational support within quality, environment, and occupational health and safety Lead, coach, and develop a team of specialists Responsible for audits, follow-ups, and QMS-related analyses and ensure compliance with legal requirements, customer requirements, and management systems Develop the business area's work with key metrics, follow-up, and target-based management Provide strategic support to leadership and operations on QMS matters Your future manager Annika: "I believe in coaching and inclusive leadership where clarity, responsibility, and development are central. We're looking for someone with at least 10 years of experience in the construction or infrastructure development sector and who combines a strategic perspective with strong commitment to people, collaboration, and business development. You have the ability to create a strong safety culture and are driven to develop sustainable and safe workplaces. With your confident and inspiring leadership, combined with a structured and solution-oriented approach, you translate requirements, data, and experiences into practical and value-creating work methods that strengthen operations, promote a safe work environment, and create the best conditions for our projects to succeed.
